Henry Washington is a real estate investor, educator, coach, and co-host of BiggerPockets’ On The Market podcast. 

Starting out with just $1,000 and bad credit, Henry suffered a panic attack out of worry he wouldn't be able to provide financially for his family. 90 days later, he owned his first rental property.
